Ryan obtained his undergraduate from Virginia Commonwealth University and Masters Degree from Boston University.

Ryan makes his home in Jupiter, FL with his wife and two sons. He enjoys staying active, coaching youth sports and golfing.

As a global executive leader, Rick brings over a decade of experience driving strategy, real estate, risk, and operations across Fortune 100 companies, private institutions, and nonprofit boards. 

Rick is passionate about delivering excellence, building high-performing teams, and creating lasting value through integrity, accountability, and collaboration.  

He has led an international real estate portfolio spanning millions of square feet across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, overseeing the full lifecycle of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, design, construction, and workplace transformation. 

His work includes spearheading complex negotiations, advancing ESG and sustainability initiatives such as LEED Platinum certifications, and ensuring enterprise alignment while regularly presenting to the C-suite.  

Beyond real estate, Rick has directed enterprise-wide risk management, business continuity, and global incident response, including regulatory engagement with federal bodies. 

Rick has developed frameworks still in use today that ensure compliance, resiliency, and operational readiness across multiple jurisdictions.  

Rick's career began at sea, where he was appointed a ranking Officer of large offshore vessels immediately post college. Since then, Rick has continued to lead teams across borders, guide organizations through transformation, and drive measurable results.  

Rick is motivated by mentoring, giving back, and fostering collaboration that empowers people to perform at their best. I thrive in high-accountability roles and seek opportunities where strategy, risk, and growth intersect.

Rick obtained in undergraduate from SUNY Maritime and his Masters Degree from New York University.

Rick makes his home in Jupiter, FL with his wife and two daughters. 

Ray is a results-driven procurement and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience helping Fortune 500 and fintech organizations strengthen performance, reduce costs, and build resilience.

Ray served as Senior Director of Procurement and Senior Security Advisor, where he led multimillion-dollar sourcing initiatives, vendor negotiations, and crisis-response programs. 

Ray has consolidated enterprise purchasing, negotiated large-scale vendor contracts, and achieved over $5 million in annual savings, while building systems that improved compliance, communication, and operational efficiency across the company.

Earlier in his career, Ray served in the U.S. Army, where he led soldiers through high-pressure missions as an Infantry Squad Leader and Battle NCO. 

Ray's years in uniform forged a leadership style rooted in discipline, adaptability, and precision under pressure.  Ray coordinated logistics and operations across air and ground assets, trained allied forces, and developed the ability to stay calm, decisive, and focused — no matter how complex or uncertain the situation. 

Those experiences continue to shape how he lead teams and solve problems today.

Following his military service, Ray founded and operated Sopris CrossFit, managing every aspect of business growth, budgeting, and community development. That chapter strengthened his entrepreneurial mindset and reinforced his passion for building strong, motivated teams united around shared goals.

Today, Ray specializes in procurement strategy, crisis management, and security contracting — bringing together business acumen, operational discipline, and people-first leadership to help organizations thrive in complex, fast-moving environments. Whether negotiating contracts, leading a response team, or driving a multimillion-dollar sourcing strategy, I lead with integrity, purpose, and execution.

Ray makes his home in Jacksonville, FL with his three kids and enjoys is three kids and enjoys coaching his kids in football and baseball, doing his daughter’s nails, and spending as much time in the Florida waterways as possible.
